Christy Mach Dubé is a Director with the Eos Foundation. She joined the organization in 2007 to lead the multi-faceted efforts of the foundation’s first major initiative: Boston Rising. Christy now provides key strategic management of Eos’ Nourishing Kids Initiative and works directly with a growing cohort of partners across Massachusetts to develop and implement plans for district-wide access to universal free, after the bell, breakfast in the classroom (BIC) for lowincome children. Christy also leads the Foundation’s Healthy Start and Changing the Equation Awards programs, Eos’ second generation program, and oversees public affairs and communication work for the Foundation.
Before joining Eos, Christy served in the office of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, and was the Campaign Manager for Lieutenant Governor Candidate Andrea Silbert. She has worked on several political campaigns and as a consultant with Scient Corporation and Arthur Andersen. She serves on the board of the Loft School, on the Selection Advisory Committee of The GreenLight Fund, and as an advisor to the Family Reach Foundation.
Christy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from the Middlebury College.
