Magdalena Punty

Magdalena “Magda” Punty is the Director of Research at the Eos Foundation. She joined Eos in 2014 to support business and program operations for the foundation’s Nourishing Kids Initiative, later transitioning to the Women’s Power Gap (WPG) and its research team. In 2021, she became the team’s leader, overseeing the collection, analysis, and publication of WPG’s data. Magda is a co-designer of WPG’s proprietary data engine and co-author of numerous reports and publications.

Magda holds a master’s degree in business management from the University of Warsaw and an MBA from Suffolk University. During her time at the University of Warsaw, she conducted extensive research in organizational ethnography and co-authored Etnografia Organizacji.

A proud bilingual immigrant with dual Polish-American citizenship, Magda lives in Harwich, Massachusetts with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, gardening, and amateur photography.
